This Intensive Program is designed to provide professional training to our up and coming artists who are passionate about dance.
Commitment, focus, passion and dedication are the foundations and we are very excited to have Studio III Dancers involved.
Our Intensive Dance Program goal is to provide a standard of excellence in our dance studio through, examinations, competitions, performance and audition/workshop opportunities. Our Intensive dancers will also participate in the Annual Santa Claus Parade and other community events.
The Intensive Training Centre is our way of giving dancers more of what they love. Dancers can feel confident to chase their dance dreams as our teachers have the ability to train our dancers to the highest level.
Studio III Dance Littles – age 6-7
This is a stepping stone program for our young dancers that would like to start their dance training with the same technical experience as our older Intensive Dancers but in an age appropriate fashion and less intense dance schedule.
Your dancer will begin a journey filled with new friendships, confidence and above all fun! They will attend a jazz/tap combination class and one ballet class during the week. They will work towards a ballet and jazz examination and learn choreography for their on stage presentation during a separate 30 minute class(choreography fee based on number of participants).
They will be involved with one competition, one performance and an Intensive Dancer showcase plus the year end recital.
Our team can register your dancer in the suitable classes for their age and technical capabilities.

Plus: Regular class tuition based on number of hours, exam fees, competition entry fees and costume fees
Pre-Intensive Training Dance Program – Age 8 to 10
The Pre-Intensive Program dancers will receive the same excellent training as our Elite Intensive students on a less intensive scale. Classes required will be two ballet, one jazz, one tap and a conditioning class. Acro is always suggested to work more during the week on flexibility but it is not mandatory. Dancers in this category will take examinations in ballet and jazz when ready, perform in the community, in the Intensive Showcase, Recital and attend two dance competitions. Choreography will take place outside of regular class hours (choreography fee based on number of participants).

Elite Intensive – Age 11 and up
This level is for those dancers who love their training and can focus on both school and dance training. These dancers will take examinations in ballet and jazz when ready. The classes to attend will be 3 ballet classes a week, jazz, tap, conditioning and a choice of lyrical or contemporary. Acro is strongly suggested for more strength and flexibility training and also for added tricks to choreography.
The performance requirements will be dancing in the community, Intensive Showcase, Recital Performance, rehearsals and 3 dance competitions. Choreography will take place outside of regular class time.( choreography fee based on number of participants)
